BRIEF RELEVANT BIOGRAPHICAL DETAILS

Birth name: Clifford David.  Spiritual name: Mantra Shakti.  BA in Latin with Italian 1985. Research over many years into the lives of recent outstanding figures from the Sanatan Dharma spiritual tradition including Babaji (The Mahayogi), Lahiri Mahasaya, Yukteswar Giri, Yogananda;  Shirdi Baba, Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, Sarada Devi, Vivekananda, Anandamayi Ma, Sri Aurobindo, Mirra Alfassa and Meher Baba.  Research into the life and work of Dr. Alfred Tomatis.  Attendance at 'Singing For Fun' in Nottingham, 30 weekly sessions a year for 3 years.  Team Member Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales for five years (2016-2021).  Gave voice and mantra sessions at two festivals at the Ashram, plus several informal in-house sessions, and five given online open to the public from the Ashram in the first  half of 2021.  Drummer, singer and songwriter.  Over 10,000 hours of mantra practice done by the summer of 2024.  Glastonbury with its famous tor is my spiritual home but not my current home.  I am based for now in Stafford in the English Midlands.
