WORKSHOPS AND SIMILAR EVENTS 

There will be online and physical workshops.  These will offer folk the opportunity to go deeper into their explorations of the chakras using sound.  Personal experience tells me that, as long as you maintain your focus, the longer you chant in a day the more you change your energy system.  In some of the workshops we will use some methods that are not chakra focused, such as shamanic chanting and visualization.  All events listed below are online unless otherwise stated.

 

YOUR HEALING VOICE      ONLINE WORKSHOP.  £20

Part one will be introductory, using a variety of seed sound combinations on the chakras.  Next there will be upbeat/high energy combinations.  The final part will feature calming combinations of seed sounds.  There will be two short breaks during the session.
