Course Number One

This will include eight main lessons.   The first lesson will be introductory, with seed sound combinations addressing one or more of the chakras.  The next seven lessons will each have one of the main chakras as their principal focus.  However, the combinations of seed sounds used will NOT ALL be directed at that single chakra.  Course number one will have two optional extra lessons.  The first will look at some of the more musical combinations used and will be a very informal session with the emphasis on fun.  The second optional lesson will use the seed sound Krim for Kali, in all the combinations practised that day.

Course dates and times

All lessons are seventy minutes basic, then there is a five minute break followed by an optional 15 minute Q. and A./feedback  period.  Students can leave at the seventy minute mark.  Please choose from one of the following weekly options.  (You can always opt to drop in to a lesson if spaces are available)  Please contact info@seedmantraonthechakras.co.uk to book a place.

Course Number Two

This course will have a shamanic flavour.  There will be lessons where the students are asked to embrace a theme which brings all the combinations chanted into a relationship with a marine animal, a tree or a sacred site.  The remaining lessons will have a title and a theme but the focus will be once more wholly on our chakras and energy bodies, as opposed to chanting while imagining e.g. being with dolphins or being a dolphin. 
This course will be starting in February.

Course Number Three

In this course we will be focusing more on the five elements aspect of our chakras and how that relates to our interaction with nature.  That focus will still be within the context of chanting seed mantra combinations.  Also there will be at least one quite  complex combination used which will give the chanter an opportunity to explore their energy system in more depth and detail.   Some of the lessons will have fewer combinations used than in the previous courses due to the length of complex combinations, and to working for longer periods with short combinations.
